Gloria has a passion for data and analytics and implemented Avanti's Key Performance Indicator program across the organization, enabling all team members to track performance against benchmarks. Before joining Avanti in 2020, Gloria gained valuable experience in both third-party and owner-managed environments at Weidner Apartments and Pinnacle.
Gloria holds a B.S. in Health Sciences from Portland State University and is actively engaged in industry leadership. She serves on the Multifamily Innovation Advisory Council and represents Avanti on several Revenue Management and Business Intelligence advisory committees.
